Sitting on a $15 million campus with Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse & Tavern, the 18,000 sq. ft. venue and 7,800 sq. ft. outdoor patio is nestled in the heart of downtown Gainesville.

Notes Live, founded by Colorado Springs-based entrepreneur JW Roth, is the rapidly growing live-entertainment company that by the end of 2023 will be operating a half dozen large and mid-sized premium music venues across the West and South. Their house of brands spans Boot Barn Hall, Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse and Tavern, Notes Bar, as well as the company's crown jewel: The Sunset, a technically advanced, open-air amphitheater that will host the largest touring acts in the country.
